How to add a theme to your wordpress in 40 seconds

I was twittering away and realised some people need help installing a theme on their wordpress. I don’t know how relevant it is to wordpress.com users, but anyone who self hosts (wordpress.org) using our hosting or any other hosting provider should follow the steps in the video below.
