We employ rigorous measures to ensure that our servers remain reliable and online at all times, and as a part of this we regularly scan accounts looking for infections or signs of hacking.

The emails sent out were meant to come to us, so we could take care of these issues on your behalf and make you aware of them.

In this instance, however, they were sent directly to you.
