RX Host is always looking for motivated individuals to join our support team. We’re a small company and operate like family.
Whilst each member of the team has a job title, you’ll find yourself getting experience in almost all aspects of running RX Host, from Technical Support, Business Growth, Marketing and Operations.
All members of staff go on a support rotation (yes, even the Director!). Therefore we ask all candidates have the following skills:
- Outstanding English Language skills, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding Customer Service skills and a lot of patience.
- The ability to troubleshoot and provide clear step by step instructions
- Intimate knowledge of cPanel/WHM, CentOS, OpenVZ, FTP, DNS, Nominet EPP.
- Experienced in following pre-written procedures as well as identifying and documenting new procedures.
- Knowledge of WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Zen Cart, Magento, OS Commerce, Open Cart, PrestaShop etc is also highly valued.
