Please note that you, the customer are liable to pay any unpaid invoices generated until the date a cancellation request is generated by you. This is in accordance to our terms and conditions, which you have agreed to as part of the sign up process to our hosting services.
In order to cancel your hosting plan you must follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account at https://www.rxhost.co.uk/home/clientarea.php
2. Once logged in, select "Services" (from the top menu bar)
3. From the drop down menu select "My Services"
4. You will be presented with a list of all hosting plans. For each plan you want to cancel select "View Details"
5. From the second menu bar (below the top menu bar in step 2) select "Management Actions"
6. From the drop down menu select "Request Cancellation"
7. Fill out the form and submit.
8. Repeat from step 4 for each plan you wish to cancel.
